Well above and BEYOND!!! From the beginning to the end Philip and his team were above outstanding! We were dealing with a very difficult sale due to a very difficult situation and Philip was 100% there, every step of the way, checking in, making sure all was well and assuring me it was all on track. The house needed to be sold within 12 weeks and Philip pulled all stops to make this happen! I could not be happier with the service, professionalism, and communication throughout the whole process. These guys know the area, know what they are doing and had my 100% trust at every turn. Could not recommend them more!
