Philip on the other hand was refreshing and Vibrant and even though our property was well away from his normal catchment area he assured us as along as we followed his Auction Marketing process he and his Team would get the best results and quickly. In the beginning I was against Auctioning however after reviewing the successes Philip had it was an easy decision to go with him. We opted for a three and a half week campaign which put a lot of pressure on all and in the end it paid off.
